Sign this petition that will take you only 1 minute as a gift to Milo's mom. Milo was 9 months old and died 2 months ago at the hand of a man who couldn't control his anger. This man can plead his case down to a 2nd degree murder and be out walking the streets in less than five years because Milo is under 14 years old. Milo's mom would like to see this change, Milo never got one Christmas and this petition to change these laws is the only thing keeping Milo's mom going...
